This is the way to do it. I just got a hold of a person. They are not busy whatsoever. Picked up right away.
They never answer, then cut you off if they do and my card was active in June but isn't now and I haven't requested any changes and can't reach anyone
Every time i try to login it says my account has been closed, I’d like to open it and put money on card. Every time i call it tells me I can’t speak to specialist, what can i do to fix this??

Your Turbo Visa Debit Card should arrive in the mail within 5-10 business days.
If it has been longer than 5-10 business days, please contact Turbo Debit Visa Card support for assistance requesting a new card.
How or did you get this resolved
I’ve tried every way I see to get anyone to help just get hung up the chat opens ask you for a question then after you ask it sits there for 5 min and says chat ended and never answers a thing this is getting so old so fast I’m not trying to have them operate on me just fix an atm error give me the employee log in and pw I’ll do it myself . Hire me temporarily and then I’ll figure it out and I will help all these hundreds maybe thousands of people that you are to whatever to help turbo evidently is not a reference to the speed of your cust service department that’s for sure

Hello,
I filed my 2021 return using TT desktop version eFile in early Oct-2022. The IRS said incorrect, but amended the amount. I still have not received the refund.
I spoke with the IRS who said it was not refunded to my bank account, but something called Green Dot - I have never requested this - The funds should be in my bank account.
Regardless, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE TAX REFUND!

I’m so sorry your going through this. I can’t believe ppl are still going through this. If I were you I would set up a meeting with the irs directly and explain that you can’t get in contact with anyone from green dot. I went through this same thing and it was a hassle. I hope everything work out for you.
If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
