How do I change the bank account that is going to take money for the taxes owed?

I accidentally used an account that i don't use anymore and doesn't have money. Could someone help with changing the account and routing number.

Once you file the tax return you cannot change the method or means to receive the tax refund.  If the bank account is closed or incorrect the bank will reject the deposit.  The bank will return the deposit to the IRS.  The IRS will mail a refund check to the address entered on the tax return.
