How do I apply my federal refund to next year

Turbo tax only offers refund bank account choices, cannot get instructions to apply refund to next years taxes!

To add, change or delete a current year federal tax refund to next year's taxes before you file your tax return -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Other Tax Situations
Under Additional Tax Payments
On Apply Refund to Next Year, click on the start or update button

Or enter apply federal refund to next year in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to apply federal refund to next year

The amount applied to next years taxes will be shown on Form 1040 Line 36

First answer, using "other tax situations" worked.  I found it under a 2019 reply after a long search.  Your other answer, saying click "JUMP TO ...." link, did not exist!  Several posts clearly said so also, but TurboTax has never even tried to fix that!    Answer or option should at least have been listed on the page where you chose where to have your refund sent.    VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH TURBOTAX THIS YEAR.  When my return was rejected by IRS after you folks said it was perfect to submit, you kept saying "don't worry, we will help you walk it through, step by step", NOBODY EVER ANSWERED OR EVEN OFFERED HELP !   For the constantly increasing price of TurboTax you need to at least provide some FREE critical or technical advice regarding TURBOTAX issues (not tax advice, which makes sense to pay for) but NEED help with your formats, etc.  ALSO, I never saw the reply you showed me now, must have taken days to reply.
