How do I amend my VA state return for 2020? I filed last week but just received a new tax document

You should wait until your return is processed and you receive your refund, if applicable, before you prepare an amended return. You will see an option for the amended return on your home page in TurboTax. Once you click on that option, you will be able to enter the tax document you received and your return will be adjusted to reflect either additional tax due, additional refund or no change.
