You have not mentioned why you want to amend a 2020 tax return. It is too late to amend a 2020 return in order to receive a better refund.

I uploaded 1099-DIV directly from broker that shows the payer's FEID as 00-0000000. This causes error when trying to e-file my tax return in TurboTax. In prior yrs wrked.
