How do I amend my 2018 return? I tried following the instructions but they don't jive with what is online

To amend 2018 return:

Log in to your account.
Go to Tax Home.
Scroll down to Your Tax Returns and Documents.
Select 2018.
Select "Amend (Change) 2018 return" and follow the directions.
