Only State tax return claimed deduction on federal.

You want to do something that would be a real pain.    You  would need to  purchase and download the 2020 desktop software for 2020 to a full PC or Mac, prepare an exact duplicate of your 2020 federal and state returns with that software, tell the software you are filing the state by mail, and then use the software to amend the state return.

If you used some other software to prepare your 2020 state return you would be better off using that to amend your state return, or even get the paper form from the state to amend the state return.
