We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

How do I actually amend a previous year's return? The general answer says to click "Tax home" and then "your returns & tax docs" but neither of those are visible.

The only way to get to my tax docs is to click "Intuit account" and even then, there's no button to "start amendment" as the general answer claims.
I need to add a K-1 to a previous year. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Your tax returns & documents is below Your account. You should see a list of years.

If you did not use TurboTax for that previous year then you will not see the option to amend.

In that case, you will have to purchase the prior year's program and enter all your original information before starting the amendment process.

Thank you for your response. I don't see the same lefthand menu bar your screen shot shows. No idea why—I did pay to use TT for both years I'm trying to amend. Do you have any insight why that might be?

Are you using the same TurboTax account as in prior years, as the picture that you have included looks to be a brand new account?
