I need to complete my turbo tax 2022 form so how do I access it?

Log in to your account if you're using TurboTax online.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

I have logged in and can only see my extension. I am needing to file (forgot to file in October) but I can't access any of the work I have already done. Is it possible to find it in Turbo Tax?

Then when you do file 2023 enter 0 for the 2022 AGI since you are filing 2022 late.

You have to print and mail prior year returns. When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return. Don’t forget state.
