Hi I was filing my taxes and all of a sudden got told after I did my state taxes that I had to wait until I got more forms but I only have 1 W2, just wanna file my taxes!

As stated on the message from TurboTax your ME state tax return form will not be available for filing until 01/20/17.

So even though I just finished filing both my state and federal, my state is not going to go through until the 20th? Am I going to have to fill out my state taxes again?

The state return was not e-filed at all since one of the forms included in your return has not been finalized for filing.  When the form is finalized you can return to the program and e-file the state return in the File section of the program.
However, a state tax return cannot be e-filed until after the federal tax return that has already been e-filed has been accepted by the IRS.  The IRS has stated that they will be accepting 2016 tax return on January 23.  TurboTax will send you an email when your federal tax return has either been accepted or rejected by the IRS.
