If you are trying to check your refund status and there isn't any information being reported, the IRS site may not have updatd since your return has been accepted by the IRS. This is normal. It can take anywhere from a few hours to 3 weeks to update.
If you are having issues with the app itself, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
