Hello! I need to file tax returns for 2007 through 2014. Can I do this through Turbo Tax?

no and yes......and whatever year you send in, it must be mailed in for those years now.

1)  No...years 2007 thru 2012 are not available anymore on TurboTax.  You might find the programs being offered online thru some strange 3rd parties (but not from TurboTax), BUT the problem is, you cannot get the software updates required, before they will be usable...and you will not be able to download the state forms.  You can, however, get the PDF forms from the IRS and fill them out manually.  Click on the Prior Year tab here:

2)  YES....years 2013 and 2014...you can buy the download versions from TurboTax, and get full updates and state downloads too, to prepare on your home computer...but again, those all have to be printed out on paper and mailed in.:
