Hello I have called once already I received my federal income tax, I haven’t received my state income tax return yet of $299 I’m just wondering where it is?

The lady on the phone said the money was already pulled for the service from turbo tax and that I should’ve received the state in the next week or two and is been almost 4

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.  Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.
