Have a deposit date for 2/26 funds not in account

A few weeks ago I had that issue they system always down or under maintenance I dont understand how that bank is still in business

Is this the same as the Santa Barbara tax preparer group? If so I have called over and over and can not get connected to a person, and they are telling me my ssn is invalid

@Tyeron7689  They told me call back in 2 hours so that’s about 30 more minutes system was under maintenance so she couldn’t log into anything I’m just trying to see when the check will be mailed considering they already took an extra 30 dollars out my refund for the check yet

I just called back and wasn’t no wait time and system must be back up try now @alph40
