Of course!!! When you owe them money they have plenty of enough time to take out to go on the news! Its only when they have to give money that they have a hard time doing so. So demented they are!

@JLM40 Sorry, meant that message for you! If you still have that number I'd definitely like to give it a shot. Not sure if it's supposed to be used by just anyone but, anything that would help I'm willing to try at this point. Worst they could tell me is they can't help.
