Has anyone else not got their ruefund in their card once the bank says it was deposited?

I am unable to advise on the status of others' refunds, however, I have included a helpful FAQ regarding when the refund will be deposited to the Turbo Prepaid Visa card:

Remember, your card must be activated to access the refund that was deposited to it.
