Has anyone else been robbed by this company. They sent my tax return in form of a card i get the card and its empty wont let me logg into the site and keeps saying zero dollars

You will receive your card prior to receiving your return. 

Once the IRS approves and releases your refund, then the funds will be deposited onto your card. 

You can track your return by clicking here. 

This will allow you to view the most up to date information for your refund, and view the direct deposit date once the refund has been approved. 

If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.
