It has been 2+ weeks since the irs mailed my check and I have not recieved my paper refund check. How long will it take to recieve it?

That is entirely up to the U.S. postal service. It might not have been mailed exactly on the day the IRS site said the refund was issued. It could take up to a couple of weeks--sooner if you are lucky. It is not mailed with any sort of tracking so all anyone can do is guess.
