Got CP14 even after I paid using Turbotax

 I filed my taxes through TurboTax, and it showed that I owed nothing. However, I recently received a CP14 notice stating that I owe $3,300. Strangely, the balance and amount due on the online IRS account and the transcript we generated both says $0, which is very confusing. Could this be an error.? Also the total tax due and the total tax paid by us matches.

How does the notice suggest that you pay the $3,300. ??

In other words, is it really from IRS ?

It is in my irs account through id.gov
