Getting "Your transmission didn't go through We could not e-file your return for the following reason: Tax Year 2024 transmissions are not available." when amending?

My federal and GA state tax return got accepted on 2/26 but I forgot to add a 1099-MISC so I tried to do an amendment but I keep getting the "Your transmission didn't go through We could not e-file your return for the following reason: Tax Year 2024 transmissions are not available." error message.
