When I filled my taxes with turbo tax it never asked for my health insurance information. I know I'm not the only one this has happened to after talking to people about it. Well I thought it was strange but figured maybe they changed it. Then I get a letter from the IRS asking for the 1095 form. So now my taxes are getting delayed. My question is will I still get it direct deposit threw turbo tax or will I have to wait weeks for it to be mailed. Has anyone else had this problem? I am still confused as to why I was never asked to put that Info in when I filed.

Your return should still be deposited via direct deposit to whatever account you entered/choose to receive it originally.
It never asked me either. As far I know you don't even need to verify insurance anymore this is just crazy that could be why TT didn't ask this year because they have previous years. IRS is just making things up to keep our returns in their hands longer to review. Not sure if they are training but by the looks of it sure does sound like it. I couldn't get straight answers from IRS what the delay was only that my return was good
