Get where?  Exactly what are you asking?  You can either use Turbo Tax by logging into an Online account and doing it on their website OR you can buy and install the Desktop program and do your return locally on your own computer.

We won't be filing 2016 returns until early 2017.

If you mean your 2015 return, you must pay the TT fees;  then print, sign and mail the returns.
