Hi, I e-filed my Federal return and was unable to e-file my MA state return. I opened a PDF of the state return but did not print it. Now I'm unable to get back to the returns (including the state return I have not filed yet) because Turbotax insists on blocking the 2022 taxes sections including Federal and state returns, reviews, file and tax tools including Print Center (which btw is a pointless option because it just brings you back to File).
I understand that the workaround is to Add State at the bottom of the Tax Home page, but that is just ridiculous and unintuitive. Why does Intuit insist on blocking us from our returns when you don't even know if we've actually printed or filed a state return yet? I should NOT have to click Amend return (which isn't available yet anyway) or select Add State when I have no need to do so just to get back to my returns so I can actually print and file my state return. Come on Intuit, you can do better than that. This has been a problem for a few years now. Please fix this for 2023!
