Form 8283 error but not explained when preparing to file?

I get an error to complete form 8283, but makes no sense as my non cash item charity donation is less than $500 but form is for greater than $500.  I cannot file and the error is frustrating.

Even if your individual non-cash donations are each under $500, if the total of these is over $500, you'll get Form 8283.

You can Delete Form 8283 from your return if it does not apply to you. Here's How to Delete Forms in TurboTax Online.

For TurboTax Online, close the program, and clear your Cache and Cookies first.
