Form 5805 how how do I find the total amounts

Form 5805 computes what should have been paid during the year on line 6, then if what was actually paid is less than that then there could be a penalty. 

If the Short method is used any Calif estimated tax payments are on line 8. If that method isn't used then payments are listed on the Underpayment Statement.
