Form 1041--Where do I enter For 1099B info

I am administering a trust for my deceased father. A trust 1099 consolidated tax statement from Morgan Stanley was received that shows a 1099 B form with proceeds from covered securities (1d) and an equal Cost basis of the covered securities (1e) with no Federal Income Tax Withheld (4). Where do I enter this information in the 1041?
