I have an annoying bug that has been around for several years. In checking for errors, TTax Business always flags an error: "Grantor trust box is the only 'Entity Type' box checked. If the entire return is a grantor type trust, do not report dollar amounts on Form 1041".
The only dollar amount are 0's (zeros) populated by Turbo Tax. I believe I tried (in years past) to override the zeros by deleting them, and got more errors, so I leave the form as is.
I have always ignored the error, and the IRS accepts the return. Just a little annoying for all these years.

It must be a bug that only occurs under certain circumstances.
I recently prepared a test 1041 for a grantor trust and got no such error or flag.
I have this error for a 1041 Grantor Trust return. It is the only Error in the return. How do you e-file with the error?
If I remember correctly, I had to file manually (paper and postage), because the error wouldn't let me e-file.
