Form 1040x for 2018. Do I fill in the Net Change Colume and the Correct Amount ? or 1040 form and change that? I have tried to do both and Turbotax won’t let me.

No. Once you have gone into the "Amended Return" mode, just go through and make the correct entries where you normally would. TurboTax will take care of transferring the original amounts, the new amounts (you just added), and calculating the net change.
