Forgot to Put the Payment Made at Extension into my Tax Return, what do i do?

Hi, I e-filed tax return with the desktop turbotax, but after filing, i realized that i forgot to put down the payment made when i filed the extension. 

 

I requested the extension on 07/15 via IRS website, along with a payment. However, i forgot to put that payment amount into TurboTax, such that the form 1040 schedule 3 part II item 10 "amount paid with request for extension to file" is blank. 

 

What can i do to fix it so that IRS knows that I've made those payment towards my tax owed for 2019?

Forgot to Put the Payment Made at Extension into my Tax Return, what do i do?

The IRS knows that you have paid with an extension request and should apply that payment to the tax return that you filed.
