Flex loan

My application for the flex loan has been pending since November 13th with a message that says “we’re working on your loan details” I’ve called several times and the representatives keep saying it’ll take a few days but we’re coming up to a month.

The program was paused several weeks ago. Perhaps that has something to do with your situation.
