hello I'm trying to fix my returns but it wont let me because I made a payment. How can i fix my taxes?

if you have not filed...or have filed but it was rejected...then look below your state on the mid-left side of the screen and click on the link to "Add A State". That gets you back in. (NO, you won't have to add a state unless you really need to)
