First, verify that your state return have
been filed and accepted.
Check your E-File Status on this Secure TurboTax website
using only your social security number and zip code: https://turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp.
It will show you:
- both your Federal and State
(they will be listed separately if you filed both)
- if it/they were accepted or
rejected
- your electronic filing
date
If this resource indicates that you did file your state return, TurboTax will have no further information as the State processes it. They are usually the best reference
for what is going on with a return after it has been filed. If there is an
issue with your state tax returns you will usually receive a letter in the mail.
Some states have delayed issuing refunds. See the
