Amend form once again not available when it says its going to be. 3rd time its pushed off when people have been amending for a month on other sites. any updates??

First,  I suspect Turbotax is prioritizing issues affecting new filers rather than the amended return.  This board is not official customer support and we don't know anything different than the published schedule.

Second, Turbotax has a habit of releasing updates late in the stated day.  (I have suggested that they should make the official day the day after, in that case, but they didn't take the suggestion.)  So it may be available later tonight or tomorrow morning.
