Why can’t I track my taxes with irs if I was approved. It keeps telling me to wait 24hours and I’ve been accepted already , plus turbo tax said my refund suppose to hit my account today

A TurboTax date is an estimate. Here are some tips on troubleshooting the IRS WMR tool. That tool can sometimes be squirrely as your return moves through different stages of processing at the IRS.
First, double-check that your efile was successful. Log in to your Online TurboTax account and confirm at the Tax Home that your efiled return was accepted.
Be sure you have waited at least 24 hours after being "accepted" before using the IRS WMR tool.
When using the IRS WMR tool, be sure your entries for SSN and filing status are correct.

Use only the Federal refund amount. Do not use any combined total refund figure that includes the state refund.
Look at your actual 2019 return to get the Federal refund amount. Be sure you are using what is displayed on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a for the Federal refund amount.
Everything is correct and it still says my information is not found

If you're sure you efiled successfully (accepted), and if you're entering everything correctly, there aren't any additional tricks. Oh, for the sake of completeness, you might try phoning the IRS Refund Hotline. I've seen users occasionally get info from the hotline even when the IRS WMR tool wasn't working for them.
IRS Refund Hotline: 800-829-1954
If it's been over 21 days since your efiled return was accepted, you can phone the IRS to speak to a live agent to see if they can find it in their system.
800-829-1040 (7AM-7 PM local time) Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS to reach an agent, do not choose the first choice re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
I usually use a speakerphone so I can work on something else while waiting.
