As of now there is no way to combine the history of two accounts into one account. However, what you can do is to decide who's account you wish to use, and then simply add the other person's information.
First change your filing status in TurboTax Online:
1. Go to "Personal Info" at the top of the page
2. Select "Edit" next to marital status
3. Select you are "Married", then answer the question "Do you want to file this return together with your spouse?"
4.
Answering "Yes" will get you the Married Filing Jointly status, and the follow-up questions will start asking for the spouse's info
5. Continue answering the questions in this section until finished
6. In other sections of your return there should be an option to enter your own information, and to "+Add" another form etc. for your spouse.
