Don't worry. This could mean the IRS's website hasn't updated since you filed your return. If you get the message "We cannot provide any information about your refund", that doesn't mean something's wrong. Please see the Turbo Tax FAQ below for more information regarding the Where's my refund message.
Hello,
Its been since Jan. 23, 2020 i applied for my 2019 taxes and i still havent recieved no information in bank account about it.
Was your return Accepted? First double check your efile status here
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
Then only the IRS can tell you. IRS Where's my refund https://www.irs.gov/refunds/
Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?
It says they accept bc i have the amend button open now. But when i called the number they didnt have mine on file yer and on my end i finished the filing and i gave the documents too the refuns processing co. Last week and havent recieved no info on that either.
It says i can print iowa/ federal returns.
Does your Turbo Tax Account say Accepted or Printed? If it says Printed that means you have to actually print it out and mail it to the IRS yourself. So it has not been filed yet.
