Filing 2016 amendment and attempting to complete the state efiling and Turbo tax amendment software will not proceed when selecting continue?

I'm attempting to amend my state return and when I get to this screen I press continue and nothing happens.

You will not be able to e-file amended tax returns for prior years. If you have finished making changes, you should print and mail the amended tax returns. Please review the following TurboTax FAQs for more information:
