filed since january and nothing.

hey there. i filed my taxes january 6. i was 100% and still am 100% sure my taxes were filed correctly. turbotax even charged me $40 to make sure everything was good to go. i even restarted it just to verify. after submitting, i was approved for both state and federal. i was so happy i wanted to check my refund status. and boom. i was hit with the IRS having “no information” on my return! so why? why did i pay extra and everything? why is the IRS claiming to have no information on my return after TURBOTAX supposedly “sent” it in?? i need help! thanks in advance.

I am having a very similar situation. Have you gotten any answers ? I am just going over my return again and now noticing that it doesn’t seem that my return is completely filled out.

I filed 1/18, got accepted by IRS 1/19 but then a week at the top it changed to submitted 1/22. I’m very confused here

You can check that your return was received by the taxing authority  using these instructions: Check the Electronic Postmark of your Return. Pay close attention to the separate lines for Federal and State. They are separate statuses.

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.

Here are a couple FAQs to track your refund:
When will I get my federal tax refund?
How do I track my state refund?
Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?
