Filed my return but TurboTax claims it does not exist

I have yet to receive my tax return. When logging into my account your website displays my return as being completed yet when checking the status of the return your system claims it does not exist. My landlord needs rent which was due on the first. This is EXTREMELY urgent. I filed on March 25th 2020.

I have no idea what to do and there is no way to get into contact with turbo tax about this.

You can check your e-file status by following the instructions below. This will let you know if your return has been accepted or not.

With the new tax laws and updates and now limited staff, the IRS is taking every precaution to ensure each tax return is process correctly and fully. There's no way to know when the IRS will update to refund approved. Until the IRS starts processing your tax return on their own, you may not find record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated accordingly. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund?  tool for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight.
