I filed with h and r block and used my visit to come out of my refun before it was directed to my bank account. So this year on turbo tax i copy and pasted the routing and account number to turbo tax from my last year tax return. Well its the h and r bank number. How do i go about getting my refund out of that account and into my bank account?

I suppose you've already e-filed your return, right?
If so, you'll need to contact H&R Block to (hopefully) get this straightened out. Since your refund is being sent to their account number, they will need to reimburse you.

Yes. I e-filed and it was approved to that routing and account number since it was used previous year. My question is will the bank just send the money back to the irs and then id get a paper check since i didnt use h and r block to file my taxes this year?
@Richardboat1234 I can't say for sure. Since those numbers are linked with HRB's pay with refund program, they "may" receive it. Have you tracked your refund using the IRS tool? I'm linking that below.
Does that tool say your refund has been issued? Since the IRS doesn't have your personal banking info for direct deposit, there are a couple of possibilities. Either the IRS will issue the refund to the HRB account (since they are legitimate tax preparers), or HRB will kick the refund back to the IRS. If that happens, the IRS will print a paper check and mail it to the address on your tax return.
I'm not sure which one will happen. But if your refund has been issued (per the IRS refund webpage), I'd allow probably a week or more for the refund to run through those possible scenarios. If you don't receive a check by mail, I'd recommend contacting the IRS for clarification. Here's a link for telephone contact numbers at the IRS.
