I committed to paying for Premium. I imported all of my accounts Robinhood, Coinbase, etc. During the review, I had nearly 100 transactions I needed to answer several screens of questions about. An almost impossible human task. Most of these were for crpyto transactions where the principle was <.01 and defaulted to 0, which TurboTax wants to make sure is correct. Your software should recognize this as typical for certain cryptos. After spending nearly NINE hours completing these, the last 18 would NOT disappear no matter how many times I completed them. This left me completely stuck against the wall with all of this time already invested. As a last-ditch effort, I added Max, and magically, it breezed right througg the review and stopped asking for any more input. So it cost me $250 to get my taxes done that are not even that complicated, and it would have cost me $100 less to go through my lawyer. I've used TurboTax for years, and it used to cost $60 for the same return. Okay, now it's $110 fine, still a little less than using a lawyer. But the way I was put against the wall with no way to continue but buying Max just rubs me the wrong way and makes me feel like I was tricked into spending all this extra money I did not intend on or expect to pay. I would have and will be using something else in the future. I am so disappointed.
