I am so incredibly satisfied with TurboTax! I reached out and used one of their experts for help with filing this year. 

Amy was so helpful and such a breath of fresh air to talk to. Speaking to an actual human on the phone instead of an automated service, is something that is so rare in this modern age. She was very easy to talk to and made everything so much easier to understand (as I am a 29 year old female filing taxes by myself for the first time instead of having someone else do it for me) I cannot thank Amy enough for her kindness and patience in helping me file my taxes this year. Not to mention how empowering it was to have her encouraging me to learn how to file my taxes by myself and what to look out for should my income increase/change. (Let’s hope it increases!)

I wish I could have her help me every year! The world needs more people like Amy
