Federal return refund

I filed federal and state return with refund due that showed up in bank acct. today. I filed an amendment on both last week that showed amt tax owed that will come out direct from bank on the 10th. What happens now? Do I just wait for IRS send a letter asking for refund back?

Yes you should wait.

• A tax notice is possible.
• Depending on how you set things up, it is also possible that it will be taken directly from your account
