Federal refund send date of 2/24. I paid the extra to have the 5 days advance. Today makes 5 days early but nothing changed on turbo. Will I get refunded for no advance?

Usually I get mine like 3 to 4 days early through turbo tax but this year was different.  I filed Jan 17th and now it's finally saying payment pending. 

Turbo tax really disappointed this year, especially since my chime allows free filing and 5 days early deposit,  but since I've done tt for 13 years, I figured why change🤦🏼‍♀️ now I'm changing

I got the first email and low and behold no money in my credit karma account that they claimed was the fastest way to get your refund and have not been able to get ahold of anyone turbo tax or credit karma to get an answer as to why my funds are not available. This is the worst tax season I have ever experienced I usually get my refund direct deposited but thought this would be faster sadly mistaken as soon as I get my refund I am closing the credit karma account its all just a big scam if you ask me.

If you don't mind me asking what's the date IRS website shows since they've approved you? I was told 2/26 and it wasn't there this morning I didn't get it until 1PM. Not to mention I got a email today saying I was going to get it tomorrow from TurboTax.

I have a direct deposit date from the IRS for 226/25 I also have confirmation and proof from the Santa Barbara Tax Group who handles our refunds when you opt into the 5-day early and refund advance lie that they sold I received a trace number from Santa Barbara Tax Group and information that my funds were sent to my spend account on yesterday and yet there are no funds posted and I was just trying to get an idea of when they might be

While you do get a date from the Internal Revenue Service as to when your refund should be available, they do not specify exact times. If you have a deposit date of today and have not received your refund yet, be patient.

There are no fixed times or hours when you can receive your 2024 tax refund during the 2025 Tax Season.

Additionally, each bank varies on when they post direct deposits. Even if your bank "usually" posts direct deposits at a certain time, they may handle Tax Refunds differently. Some banks might post once in the morning and once in the afternoon, only one time a day, and some may instantly.

In the Community, we do not have access to your TurboTax account and can not tell you where your refund is or why you do not have your deposit yet.

If your refund date has passed and you have not received your refund, it may be that your direct deposit, for a variety of reasons, was not able to be completed and your refund is coming as a paper check to the address on your return.

I still haven’t received anything and I received my email yesterday showing today as the deposit date. I’m so confused about this because I’ve used turbo tax for years with no issues.

Once the IRS approves a customer’s refund, TurboTax attempts to transfer the customer’s refund to their bank account. TurboTax sends the customer an email letting them know if we were able to successfully deliver their refund up to 5 Days Early. If we were successfully able to deliver the customer’s refund up to 5 Days Early, their refund is expected to be in their bank account the same day the customer received an email from us.

I have you TurboTax for the last 4 years and never had a problem my taxes are supposed to be released on the 24th of this month I got them five days early just like TurboTax said I would they've always got me more money back than h&r block or the Jackson Hewitt and it's cheaper on me they charged me $200 a file my taxes h&r block charging me four or 500 Jackson used to charge me for 500 so all around turbotaxes the better deal you just got to watch what you do and follow directions and answer the questions and file your taxes terrible taxes back to option if you have trouble they got help support right there a little bubble you asking for help they help you right away call him the answer the phone no problem you got three hours sitting there wasting online they answer right away TurboTax is awesome got me more money in the last 4 years I've ever got from any of them I got back $8,000 this year that's a lot more money I got from the other place is going to be HR block only get back 6,000 Jackson Hewitt told me only get back to $5,500 TurboTax let me back 8,000 so there's your difference

Me 2 as well my date was the 26 and I received and email stating it be by the end of the 27.irs says it send TurboTax says received still have no money this is the last time I file with TurboTax.

Yes this never happened to me neither and I’m still waiting.this is unexpected
