Federal Refund has been accepted but still no refund advance.

It was accepted on13th and I got my online card but still nothing

If you are referring to the Refund Advance, I would suggest using the FAQ link posted below to contact Turbo Visa Debit customer service. When you call the number, don't select option 2. The system will repeat itself a few times, then you will get more options.
