First read the letter carefully. What tax year does it refer to? I'll assume it is 2018, unless you report back otherwise. So this answer is for 2018.
I'm also assuming you used Online TurboTax, although you didn't say. If you used desktop software, then my next sentence about an online account won't apply.
If the letter is for a 2018 return, when you log into your online account, at the Tax Home what is shown for "Return status" for your Federal return (and also state return, if applicable?)
If you efiled the 2018 returns, what does this tool show for the status of the efiling of Federal and state--accepted, rejected, or no results found?

Did the letter say you did not file or did not pay your tax due? And what tax year was the letter about? If the letter says you did not pay your tax due then only your own bank/credit card records would show if you paid. Do you have any records that show that you paid?
