Faxed in 1095 and 8962, when will I receive taxes?

I faxed in my 8962 and 1095 forms on 3/19. I tried calling the IRS but they’re closed due to COVID-19 and I’m not able to see if they even received my forms. Can I check a different way? If they have received them how long does it take most people to get taxes after?

Others have posted they got the refunds in 3 - 5 weeks ... but the IRS is understaffed right now so it could take much longer.
