"Failed-Network error" preventing download of .tax file for 2015 amendment. Can I use the pdf file for the 2015 amendment?

"Failed-Network error" preventing download of .tax file for 2015 amendment. Can I use the pdf file for the 2015 amendment?

The pdf will only download the personal information into TurboTax.  You can still do the amended return by inputting the information from the original return, and then doing the amended return.
