Expert did not add dependent

Expert forgot our child - we had the consult over chat (overseas phone numbers; military) and the preview, when approving and paying, did not include enough insight to see if the child was added (new dependent so first time added)… so refund was filed and we noticed immediately after once we got the actual document. Agent didn’t have time to discuss what the next steps to correct this will be and there is no way to contact her anymore now since the chat function is disabled once submitted… stuck in a weird hole and no way to contact proper online support? On top of obviously needing help to fix the return it is now also insane, that we might have to wait 3-4 extra months for an amended return AND have no way to claim the “Turbo tax guarantee” of agents only filing when they’re 100% sure 🫠
