Estimated Tax 2020

I did not owe tax 2019.  In 2020, I think I will own up to 100k from stock capital gain.  If I do not pay estimated tax, will I get penalty when I file tax return 2020?

If you had no tax liability for tax year 2019 (which is different from no tax due at tax time), then you are not required to pay estimated taxes for 2020.
